1. Acceptance

By accessing or using FormFlick (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Platform Role

FormFlick provides infrastructure for users (“Form Makers”) to create, host, and distribute forms. We are not responsible for the content, legality, or accuracy of data submitted through those forms.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you create or distribute.
• You must comply with applicable data protection laws when collecting responses.
• You may not use the Service for spam, fraud, or illegal activity.

4. Intellectual Property

The FormFlick name, logo, and platform code are owned by Lunea Labs Sdn Bhd. You retain rights to the content you create, but grant FormFlick a limited license to host and process it as necessary to provide the Service.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or network events may cause brief interruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

FormFlick is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormFlick and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or user-generated content.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or the law. You may close your account anytime; deletion requests remove personal data but may not affect forms owned by others.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
